Does exactly what it says on the tin.

Full Unicode tag support. Note to international users: There's no such thing as an internationalized tag name, just certain values supported by the input plugin, like "TITLE", "ARTIST", and others. If you're just curios and want to find out about other tag names, look at the Winamp SDK for hints.

I use it for testing my input plugins. I'm publishing it because I figure somebody else might find it useful, like clearing a REPLAYGAIN_* where no mechanism exists in the advanced properties of the built-in tag editor or whatever.
