barcode info

I recently started using winamp and am now wondering if there is a way to carry out the following scenario:

I own a small hiphop store and have quite a bit of music. For those of you who are familiar with FYE (the record store), you'll have a good understanding of what I'm trying to do.

I would like to add an inhouse barcode label to my cd's so that if a customer picks up the disc, they can go to a barcode reader that is connected to a small (probably 7") touchscreen monitor, scan the barcode and then see the tracklist of that particular cd. Also, I want them to be able to listen to 30 secs of each song on the cd. They can then scroll through the tracklist and listen to any or all of the track samples (in any order).

When the listening station isn't in use, i want to have advertisements playing on the screens.

Is this even possible and if so, where would I start?

Thanks in Advance
