How can I remove delay?

I am using Winamp to have my radio play online. I have the Shoutcast DSP plugin. For the server, I am using the Shoutcast DNAS. When I start all that up, my radio has a 35 second delay on it. Is there a way I can change the delay time? I checked online but I couldn't find what I need. Thanks.

Nope.

There is buffering on both the client side and the server side to increase Quality of Service, to prevent excessive buffering and skipping. it cannot be removed. SHOTUcast is not, nor designed to be, exactly real time.
