How do i add this player to my website so i can stream my radio station?

Winamp - is a downloadable application to play music and is not generally meant for the web. However, shoutcast allows you to stream content (shoutcast.com); again however, this is a system application which can be queried using a web-service, query or etc directly from shoutcast so you can provide a link, album listing and etc.

Though, none of this is what you asked; as your question is not answerable as Winamp is not currently a Web Application.

No, se utiliza winamp como sólo un reproductor puro. YouTube y otros servicios de streaming tienen otras maneras de usarlas que no incluye el winamp.
