Log Files

I hope someone can help me.. My stream keeps dropping out. I've had over 100 drops in the past 2 weeks. I've called me ISP but they are saying " it's not me " ( like what else is new ).. I need the logs to prove them wrong. I looked at the error log that can be downloaded but can't make sense of.. ie: one log .. (times from 7:52 to 19:56) has 231 entries..

I hope someone call help me

email the log to support @ shoutcast . com so someone can have a look (as well as providing a link to the DNAS so other details about it can be confirmed).
