Station Not Listed In Shoucast Directory

We are using Museter as a hosting service for Shoutcast. For some reason we are not shown in the Shoutcast Directory even though our broadcast is made public through our hosting companies control panel. Does anyone know of any reason why a station would not show up in the directory under Shoutcast V1?

we would need a link to the DNAS to check what it may or may not be reporting. though your scenario sounds very much like a support issue i replied to ~2hrs ago (at the time of this reply).

ok so it is the same station (which i've also been chased up on by your hosting provider). did you receive the message i sent last night explaining things ?

Oh, I forgot to mention it is the same station, Hot 93FM Regime Squad Radio.

a partial fix has been applied which should resolve the issue for you.

Thank you, what though do you mean by partial fix? Are there still limitations on the search engine?

it just means i manually made the change needed for your stream and still need to deploy an automated fix for anyone else that may experience the issue in future. it should mean your listing will work and maintain itself in the Directory i.e. so it can be marked as resolved for your station in this case.
