ctrl+alt+mwheelup code

Hi, I apologize if it was asked and answered before, my search did not drive me to any threads of this kind. Basically, what I want to do is to bind volume up and volume down to hotkeys ctrl+alt+[mouse wheel up] and ctrl+alt+[mouse wheel down] correspondingly through .ini file manually, since winamp normally does not recognize such combinations. Pretty sure that many programs allows such combinations and don't see reasons why Winamp would be an exception. So, if anyone have proper codes that would work or knows where I could find them without writing programs manually I would highly appreciate if this person would be that kind to share them. Regards.
