Impossible to block IP

I have a streamripper or marketeer IP that I need to block from my SHOUTcast Server v2.5.5.733, but can't. Impossible to block the IP, the range, ort the **EMPTY** user agent. Never seen this before. The únblockable' IP is: 31.127.70.88
Anything I can do about this?

Can anyone here try and see if they can ban that IP: 31.127.70.88 ? Must be quiet some hack to accomplish that, to make it so that an IP cannot be saved in the ban list...

Maybe try to add the ip to the ban file directly. it's in the ./control directory by default. entries are one ip address per line.
