Cool Folders in the playlist...

...would be so handy, I would doing them myself, if I'd see a chance!

I mean, I have 'only' 615 mp3's on my PC right now.
But it's like working in Photoshop with many layers: you get lost if you can't 'group' them into (coloured) folders!

A playlist with coloured, animated folders that contain...stuff, yes.

Anybody understands what I mean?
Is it difficult to program?
Who can do it?

Yea, an earlier alpha had the ability to have playlist folders, but apparently there was no effective way to save them or something.

I used to bug brennan all the time to bring them back, but the Explorer Playlist component shut me up

yes, tested it, it's nice!

Would be even nicer on the left side of the playlist, and of adjustable width, but it's good enough like it is.

It's the final feature for me that makes me being able to stick with Winamp, really.

Thanks again!

On the left, cant help you there. But resizable, just download and install this:

http://www.winamp.com/components3/de...onentId=121627

It will now be resizable!

EDIT: The forums are messing up that URL. Either copy and paste it, or just go to the component section on winamp.com and youll find it.

[edit]fixed url, no need for sessionid hash ~craigf[/edit]
