Post How can I have ml_ipod search for all my cover art in a specific folder?

I have a lot of my songs not organized by album, so they're all in one place. I reated a seperate folder for all the album art, and I want Winamp to get it from that folder.

Can anybody help? O_o

Use a program called MP3tag and embed the album art into the music file. Then in ml_ipod's options, choose to look in the ID3 tag for cover art.

What Entegy said, just keep in mind that this will cause the artwork database on your iPod to become huge. When reading album art from ID3 tags, ml_iPod has no way to detect duplicate images and will store multiple copies of the artwork for every album.

I have the covers embedded in my mp3s, but for the iPod upload I use folder.jpg, which is the easiest way to do it!

Yeah, but if you read the original post, he wants ml_iPod to look in a specific location for all artwork, since apparently the mp3s are all lumped together in the same folder. There's no way to use folder.jpg in that setup; you have to embed the artwork.
