Applies Advanced Title Formatting (Preferences > General Preferences > Titles) to the selected items of the Library playlist.

If you change the ATF string, Winamp asks if you want to refresh the titles in the current playlist.
If you do, titles will be refreshed only in the Playlist Editor, not in Library playlists.

Right.
As far as I can tell, nothing changes anywhere except the display in the Library playlist and only if the ATF string has been changed or the files have been deleted or moved.
