I was wondering what the internal architecture of Winamp allowed for in terms of sample resolution? It seems 96kHz capable but was confused when I gave it a 24 bit .wav file generated from CoolEdit. Am I being dumb and 24 bit should work or if not would a new input plug-in fix this (or is the internal architecture 16 bit as would be suggested by some of the API?)

Thanks
Dave.
