Video screen doesn't go fullscreen

So Windows gave me the update and sure enough it screwed up my Winamp.

So I downloaded the 5.8 version and when I put the video screen in the second monitor it doesn't fill up the whole screen.

But when it's attached to the main part and drag it all to the second monitor, it goes fullscreen fine. But I can't do my work that way.

What am I missing?
