I want to rent VPS for shoutcast.
What the minimal requirement hardware for support 50 listeners @24 kbps aac+?

Go dedicated it will save you a lot of wasted time [but not money].

I've seen lots of good cheap Shoutcast hosts. MakeAVoice is a really nice one and CHEAP. I've had no trouble with them. They are a VPS host but I never had buffering issues when I used them. If you want dedicated I have used KWD Services but again there are tons.
