Serious audio problem

Winamp caused an error and then afterwards no audio would play no matter the file type and restarting Vista Home Premium didn't solve the issue, the only thing I could do was to uninstall Winamp and then reinstall it to get rid of the problem.

This problem has only happened once, more information is listed below from Vista's error log.

Winamp version is 5541 August 3rd 2008 build
