Can not connect to myradiostream server

Does anyone else have or had this problem. I have done everything that instructions say, yet can not connect to server at myradiostream.

Any advice would be gratefully accepted.

your best option is to contact the host provider you're trying to use to get them to verify that you have the correct login details and to further assist you (as this would be why you're paying them for their service).
