CDDB in Winamp Lite

Is there anyway to get CDDB installed on the Winamp Lite version?

Nope. Download/install anything BUT Lite for that. Lite doesn't provide CDDB support.

In a round about way ... yes.

Start the installation of Winamp_FULL and select LITE from the drop down menu on the second page.
Scroll down to File Types and select CDDB support.
Continue with install.

What are you saying? Once you start the Winamp Full installation there's no option to switch to Lite.

Did you mean to say something else?

Suggested as a way of getting any customization you want Nunzio. The point being that you must start with FULL as you said.

DJEgg has a list of install options somewhere, maybe you have a link?

Ohhhh... you confused me. You mean install FULL and simply UNcheck the components that you don't need... Winamp 5.08+ Full/Pro - Component List

LOL! I thought you said you can stop FULL install dead and SWITCH to Lite.

There's no selection for LITE from the drop down menu (as you said).

What if you run the FULL install and when it shows you 'Select the type of install' select Lite instead of Full?

... and then select in_cdda.dll from Audio File Support (I think).

Do you not get the drop down menu in the FULL installer?

Our approachs work from different directions, you can either leave it on default and deselect the options you don't want, or select LITE from the drop down and add the options you do want.
