Skin Error

I found an error. When i'm listening to WinAmp and i start playing another game as Half-Life, Counter-Strike or X-Men vs. Street Fighter, the skin on WinAmp disappears. Then i have to change the skin, by opening the skin menu. After that, it appears again. This both happens with the normal basic skin and with other custom skins. I've also had this problem with 2.80, but this time it disappears forever. I can't make it come back, neither by changing the skin or by closing and oppening it. I tried to reboot, but it didn't work. I had to uninstall it and install 2.79 again. How come?

Coz it's annoyingly strage

Sys specs?
PC Make/model, CPU/RAM, mobo/chipset, videocard, soundcard, Windows OS

Got all the latest & correct device drivers?

DirectX version?

Installed ANY potentially dodgy 3rd-party Winamp plugins? (gen_*.dll)
eg. The Official 3rd-party Plugin Buglist
(btw, this is NOT a full comprehensive list, there'll be others we don't know about... yet)

PC Info

I have an Intell Pentium III 1333MHz with 256RAM, a VooDoo 4 4500 GFX Card, Sound Blaster Live! 1024, a 10GB and a 45GB Harddisc, built in LAN Nework Card on my ALI Motherboard, a DVD Rom drive 8xSpeed and a Plextra Burner 8/4/32x speed. I don't use plug-ins and i only have the normal winamp window open. No equalizer, no playlist and now mini-browser is shown, their all closed. They all have the latest drivers, and i keep updating them when they need it. Can any of this stuff cause the error explained above? Or is my computer just strange

!EDIT!
Oh yeah, i almost forgot. I'm running Windos 98 Second Edition
