Configuring Winamp to 'watch folders' for updated playlists

Can I configure Winamp to 'watch folders' for updated playlists? (Or is there a plugin that can do this?) I have been able to make Winamp media library watch for audio files only.

Right now, I need to do this to open an updated playlist: manage playlist->open playlist->and then browse for the updated playlist. This is very inconvenient if I need to switch between many new and/or updated playlists. I've tried searching for plugins but I can't find any.

If you have used the Quintessential player, you will see an implementation of this feature.

Dynamic library watches folders. configurable to have the playlists in the tree.

Dynamic Library
the lastest beta is much further along than 1.02 (soon to be 1.03) ... IMO the beta is better.
