Winamp in System Tray

Hello,
I just want to place the winamp app icon permanently(even if is closed) to system tray.How can i do that???
I have on quick launch but i want to shift it to system tray.
Plz help!!!!

1. Winamp > Ctrl+P (for Preferences)
2. General Preferences > File Types
3. checkmark 'Enable Winamp Agent' and 'Show system tray icon'

I had already done that but no use as once i close it it disappears from system tray.

Once you close Winamp? Please provide Winamp & system specs.
