Where can I find the latest ASIO Plugin?

I have been using Otachan's 0.67 ASIO plugin with WinAmp. Now, I heard muttering of a 0.70 version, but visiting his site:here I was unable to find anything newer than 0.67.

Any ideas where I can get it?

If you go to http://otachan.com/ you'll see that the .exe version is 0.70, and the 64bit .exe version is 0.71, but all three have the same (build, I guess) date.
