Edcast install on version 8.5

Its great to have Winamp back. I was trying to install Edcast as a backup for my Radiojar website. It appeared to install correctly but when I go into the the options page it shows as not loaded and configure plug in is not clickable. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Is there any other DSP plug-in for winamp that works with Caster, like Edcast did, I have the shoutcast DSP plug-in but it doesn't work with Caster. If it does can someone please explain how. The Edcast and Altacast stand-alone's are a p.i.t.a.
