Winamp for android only available in the US ?

I've been trying to download winamp for android for a few days without success.

When I scan the QR code and tap the link I have the folowing message:

Service unavailable

connection reset by peer

When I try to give my phone number, sometimes nothing happens, sometimes I can enter only a US phone number (I'm from france).

I have also tried google play but with winamp google answer gives other audio player.

I'm on holidays in china connected with the ethernet of my hotel. My android smartphone is connected in wifi to this network via a router. I have no problem on other web sites?

Any ideas ?
