Winamp playlist skipping all files after file was moved

Hello, as the title states, i created and saved a playlist as a m3u8 file , but recently i decided to create a folder for certain playlists and transferred it across.

However, since the relocation, every single file in the playlist will get skipped past once i press play. I had planned to copy the playlist to my iTunes account but i think this is impossible given that the files are somehow now unrecognisable.

Is there anything i can do to get the playlist back working again? The thought of adding each file from scratch is draining (i think there's approx 260 songs in total).

Does the playlist contain fully qualified paths for the audio files?
If so, do the files still exist at those locations?
Maybe they were moved or renamed.
