Wow, this is such a crappy system. So many better options out there that actually work.
Deleted the station. Deleted my plan. Deleted my account.
Having to beg on a different forum (that I just happened to find via a frustrated Google search) is NOT how you run a company.

Your support emails never respond. Your system barely works. Users have to come beg on some unconnected forum to get their station to work. Can you imagine the number of people who just quit before even finding this place? You have to be hemorrhaging money and users.

Get your shit together, get it fixed, and MAYBE I'll come back and spend money with you. Until then, someone else is getting my money.
