Unable to connect to working ICECAST with WinAMP and Shoutcast Source DSP

If I go to localhost:8000, it shows that the Icecast server is running, but when I try to connect using shoutcast source DSP, it says "connecting", then reconnecting after a second. Sometimes it will say cipher response received before disconnecting. I've tried running in normal and legacy mode, same result. Any ideas?

Have you set the appropriate options in icecast to accept shoutcast DSP source connection?

Not entirely sure, which settings specifically?
