Just bought a greatest hits cd by the Cure. Am a bit disappointed though. It turned out to be an advertising cd at the same time. Why put a 2 years old song on a greatest hits cd? How can that be a 'greatest hit'? ('Just Say Yes')
I like the older ones more...
A Forest and Lullaby (and Close to Me) are my favourites.
Yeah, I know those are the popular ones, but heh, just a beginning cure fan

Good Winamp plugins by Joonas, DrO and shaneh.

@siebe83: A good intro to the cure is Disintegration, after that try "Kiss Me Kiss Me Kiss Me". That's just from my relatively short time listening to The Cure, obviously there are people in here who've heard more of their stuff than me but I went with the two above as a starter by recommendation (cheers ShyShy )

Kids, you tried your best and you failed miserably. The lesson is, never try.

The Cure.....is poisoning the airwaves. When America decides to take after certain attributes of past generations (which usually reflect around a 10-20 year ratio), they should learn what to leave behind. The Cure is one of them. It's not that they're horrible, it's that they are deciding to jump on the 20-year nut-swinging ratio that the rest of us (except me) are doing.

If we're not careful, we'll all be sporting Bobby Brown haircuts and Hammer pants within the next 5 or 6 years.
