Streamers Admin Panel for Shoutcast

Hello Friends ..

I have noticed that the so-called Streamerspanel for Shoutcast probably no longer exist, therefore first the question, what is the alternative? Linux System required!

Number 2 I have a problem with the introfile.
It does not start automatically. The file is inserted, but it does not play as desired when turning on the radio.
What can be lying down. I use the Streamers Admin Panel 4.2 So it should be up to date.
