On the panel we have the following message since yesterday ....

Without a subscription, this radio station will be definitely deleted 30 days after end of your plan.
Looks like you need a plan!
This radio station have stopped broadcasting, you need to reactivate your plan in order to play again and track your statistics. Your station will be completely deleted and all information lost 30 days after end of your plan.

When you look at the invoice part, it says
Shoutcast for BusinessAutomatically renewed in 11 days (26/09/2021)•CANCEL YOUR PLAN10 000 Total Listening Hours.
We are free until November 26, 2021 except for storage.
So it must not have the message ....

Same thing happened to me today for the indie blend. The station is still playing but I cannot get into my dashboard...The message of I need to renew is all I get. So I tried to renew with the same card....and then another card....When you hit the submit button, the shoutcast logo just spins around for (I guess 15 minutes now) and does not allow me any further access. I put in a help request. Maybe they can fix the issue.

Getting the same message. Our plan just renewed 10 days ago, so we should be due some kind of compensation for the inconvenience.

We encountered an issue earlier this week that affected all Shoutcast accounts.
We have rectified the underlying problem and all stations should be up and running again now.
