Is there or is there any chance of getting a libretro port of AVS?

Libretro alowes 3d virtualization of windows and programs suported by it.
its being used in the STEAM title Anarchy Arcade to visualize web pages such as youtube videos and any other web content, and also for playing local video files on virtual 3d screens...

I would very much like to be able to use AVS on a 3d virtual surface using a Libretro port to do so (for use in anarchy arcade).

if anyone know how to do such a thing or if it already exists please let me know!

i'll give ou a small youtube clip as example of libretro 3d screens. (these are all youtube videos i clicked on in anarchy arcade) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=16nhg6eDUVM
[sorry for the choppy recording]

Thanks!
