I got through unscathed, as did my family. More than one student lost a family member to it, though :/. I'm amazed at their resiliency, though; they continued to work hard as if nothing had happened. Maybe schoolwork was a distraction from their grief.

I'm looking forward to street festivals returning. They're my favorite part of summer. One in my neighborhood still canceled, but another takes place in August, so I'm crossing my fingers that it will return

Just got my first shot two days ago. My sister and her whole family got covid but I managed to avoid it. Hope everyone's healthy out there!

I will be very sad when you stop posting here Chev. I think reading your posts as a teenager really influenced me.
