Why don't you ask Sony themselves, cut out the middle man?

Sony terms and conditions regarding usage of content from sony.com

Sony.com Feedback form

No one here will give you the correct answer, because, dun dun dunnnnnnn, I doubt any of the people who visit here work in the Sony legal department. Any advice that is given in here could be incorrect and could lead to costly legal moves for yourself.

You have been warned, tackle Sony at your own risk, but if you think you can beat a company that earns 58.5 billion $ each year, go ahead , I know who my money would be on

take it from me
don't ask.

If anyone can find any of the skins I made please email them to Forevever@aol.com
I can't remember all the names but specifically hunting for Lascivious, and DEVOUR (compilation with Jax) and any in the Impulse series which had 6 total. Auriferous, Gilt, Impulse, Nadir, and 2 others I can't remember but you dig.

Quite. I say post it, if they ask you to take it down, oh well. You take it down. They're not going to sue you if you take it down upon request. Because there are always Sony employees browsing the database for copyright infringment, eh?

Make your sony skin as good as you can, and then put a fictional name on it. They do not own the rights to a name like Sunny I would say.

yeh, have any Sony skins in the database now been taken out?? or have the skin makers been asked by Sony themselves to be remove their skins.. I don't think they have. You could have a go, and create ANOTHER Sony skin, or you could call it Phony or some shit?

To the best of my knowledge, no Sony skins have been removed because of their name except my own. It got a namechange and was republished.

add a note that you'll remove it if they ask and that you dindn't know, blah blah

BTW if you don't call it sony but use the logo - that's still a copyright infringement

i always thought that you COULD use a company logo if it was for non-profit stuff (like skins). maybe its only this way in sweden or maybe i dreamt it. i say, like dexter, if they dont like it, fuck em
