Microphone not working with winamp.

I just spent a good part of the day reading "how to's" but to no avail or the info was too complicated for my pea brain. I am just not getting it. Is there a video tutorial? Or something simple I can do?

I am using Windows Vista, Winamp (and Skype) for an internet radio station.

1. The music is streaming but no one can hear me talk. Is there a simple fix?

2. Also, is there a simple way to use skype so people can call in? (The mic works on skype, but no one can hear that in the radio stream either)
