Correct format for .pls file?
Hi all,
Been ages since I've been around here! Quick question, what is the correct format for a .pls file that has a link to 2 live streams so that, for example, if one stream is not there, it will jump to the next one? I've seen conflicting information regarding the structure for including two URL's, whihc one would be the correct one? [playlist] File1=http://stream.com:8000 File2=http://stream.com:8002 Title1=Station 1 Title2=Station 2 NumberOfEntries=2 OR [playlist] NumberOfEntries=2 Title1=Station 1 File1=http://stream.com:8000 Title2=Station 2 File2=http://stream.com:8002 ? Thanks in advance! |

the order is probably not important - this is how the shoutcast directory organizes a multi-stream .pls:
Quote:
/* v2 HTML5 / Player test pages DigitalMixNYC, DigitalMixNYCbx | DNAS Status: Now Playing js codes (scaststatus_X.php) | PortForward.com | Upload/Download Speed Test | No-IP.com: Free Dynamic DNS | In the YP | dnasDir */ |

@djSpinnerCee Thank you. I ended up with something similar after doing some testing.
Appreciate your reply. |
