No sound from Radionomy/ShoutCast Stream.....stream working

from my previous post (not approved yet) , I'm getting closer........yesterday, no stream, no directory info, no anything except my radio page

Ok, I am now streaming (might be off at the moment) but no sound...using WinAmp with DSP module and DSP server software....tracks I am playing are being listed .....my radio manager page says "unable to listen to the stream url" ......also trying on my android, my station is there, says the songs are playing but no sound.

any suggestions?
