Jump to file doesn't update after removing a file

- in the Jump to file dialog, right-click on a file and click 'Show entry in playlist'

- The file starts flashing in the playlist editor, don't close the Jump to file dialog.

- After the file stops flashing in the playlist editor, remove it (i right-clicked->remove)

- go back to the Jump to File dialog and do 'Show entry in playlist' and the file that flashes will not be the one you clicked IF that file was located after the location of the file removed earlier.

- In other words, the Jump to File dialog stores the order of the playlist editor when it is shown and is not updated after making changes to the playlist.

the mode uses the index of the entry as stored in the list as set by Winamp and since Winamp doesn't update the jtf search list on playlist changes it will be incorrect when the playlist is altered. i may fix this whenever i look at working on the jtfe plugin again.
