Stream Buffering on some networks

Hello. So my radio station, A100, works usually great on all networks without any buffering issues. But on my schools public wifi network, it buffers every 10 seconds or so. I would blame the wifi there, but other shoutcast stations work perfectly fine. Does anyone know if there is a fix to this problem?
