Output Vis to virtualcam plugin (directshow?)
I'm wanting to warp the output of Milkdrop to fit the projected surface
I know this could be done in the comp shader code, but that is highly impractical Many vj apps can do this for you, and accept input from a webcam The problem is most virtual cam, screen capture kills the framerate, and 60fps is needed Now I have found OBS Open Broadcaster Software that is fast but doesn't output to a virtual cam So my question is, can a plugin be made that sends the vîsualisation output to a vîrtual cam? |

only if you could capture the vis plug-ins output (might be able to grab what's drawn to the vis window's surface) i.e. you'd need to find the actual Milkdrop window (though i'm not 100% sure on all of that stuff). but if what i'm thinking you're trying to do, it'd probably not be the simplest of things to code as an extra plug-in to try to interface with Milkdrop.
