opacity (transparency) settings for classic skins

one thing i like about modern skins is that when i right click i get an additional option called 'window settings' which allows me to change the opacity and scaling. Would it be possible to implement this option so that it worked with classic skins as well?

thanks Sawg
I'm still hoping that the 'window setting' option will be made available for classic skins sometime in the future though. It'd be nice to right click and get that same option that modern skins have (its faster to get to than having to go to options/general plugins to change settings). Also, under the 'window setting' option there is an option to bring winamp back to 100% opacity on mouse-over, not just when that window has the focus.
