Listeners cant connect, asking for username and password

Anyone else experiencing this issue where listeners are unable to connect to your stream on shoutcast streaming service? When you try to listen to it yourself it asks for your username and password?

This started happening today.

Why can't Shoutcast get their stuff together.

This is now resolved, as usual no response from Shoutcast. I'm switching providers.
