Play Last does not register for some songs

Hi,
I have identical settings in Recently Played (Enabled, Wait 90% of playback before tracking) and in History. But from time to time (quite often) a song that has just been played does not change its Play Last date. While in History this very song is displayed properly as just played. I changed 90% to 70%, but it did not help. What may be the cause of this behavior?
Winamp 5.666, Win10.
