how to change directories and re-scan?

Hello,

my mp3 files are organized in the following way:

C:\mp3library
C:\mp3library\"artist"
C:\mp3library\"artist"\"album"

where "album" is the title of a CD of the respektive artist.
winamp is able to read that structure; alas, its ripping is
organizing in a flat structure like

C:\mp3library\"artist" - "album"

How can I change the directory structure and names, and re-scan the library, please?
