How do I get rid of the "Congratulations" screen everytime I open my browser???

Since I installed the winamp toolbar, every time I open my browser I'm greeted with the "Congratulations" screen. It wouldn't be a problem except for the fact that it doesn't allow firefox to reload my previous session of tabs that I had open. Anyone's help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance.
