why winamp cannot transfer file to device

Hi there,

I have a creative xifi3 mp3 player, I tried to create playlist in my player using winamp. I am able to put songs into the winamp, I create playlist in my library , and I tried to transfer the 2 files in one of my playlists to my mp 3 player . Although winamp recognise the two files in one of the playlists , when I transfer it to my mp3 player, it has only one file, why ? I tried many times, but the result is the same. Plse help,tks.
