Stream on rmo.shoutcast.com not displaying any info

Hi,

Can anyone give me a run down on the correct format for a Shoutcast 2 stream URL?
I have a channel listed in rmo but it shows 0 listeners 0 countries, no now playing info.
The stream is working fine on Shoutcast.com status page, shows listeners, now playing.

I don't see any info on the rmo site about earnings or anything that would tell me my ads
are working, have uploaded a 2 min ad named Advert: and duplicated it to play ever 4 songs.

Running whmsonic for the stream.

Any info on the setup for rmo please?
