Advert Time Length

I've been looking for info on the Advert length, I know you want me to add a 2 minute Advert between 15 and 30 minutes after the top of the hour and after 45 and but before the TOH. My question is can I do 4 30 second Adverts instead of 2 minutes Adverts?
