Cannot sync my playlists

Dear all,
I just wonder where the settings button on the android client is to activate wifi-sync?

The Problem:
I try to sync between my pc installation (latest) and the android client (latest) for my mobile phone Xperia XA2 with usb cable(s!). Since win 10 will not be able to give unique drive-letters, makes the packed plugin for android useless, cause I'm not able to "point" on the android client.

Is there a work-work-work-arround for this issue? The net is full of info to use wifi sync instead. But there are no settings in the android version.

Maybe I should use another player to safe lifetime?
