cpu usage for the bubbles has gone from 100% to 50-60....i realized that i never cropped out the transparent pixels of all my pngs....
the thinger drawer now comes out smoothly... when the skin is inactive it doesnt use any cpu unlike before... keep in mind this is all according to winxp task manager... dragging the player has also become smooth... working on merging all layouts into one layout...this allows me to have smooth transitions on theme switching(also will prevent winamp from loading duplicate pngs for each layout) now looks alot better for people without desktopalpha(but the side drawer doesnt appear since its transparent) new d/l will be available as soon as i merge layouts... also...is it possible to use wasabi:hslider for eq? ive tried it but it dont work when i move the slider... |

whats new? -only two layouts...normal and shade...(each have 6 "sub-themes") -grape and strawberry look good finally -themes are changed on-the-fly(rather than hide and show) -looks a little better without desktop alpha -gallery is functional(missing some stuff tho) -bubble drawers come out smoothly now -floating bubbles now take less resources(i think) bugs? -the side drawer may disappear on some occasions -clicking on the gallery buttons too fast may cause some disturbances -havent fixed the volume yet -floating bubbles and avs still dont mix well -no vis yet -shade themes still havent been worked on ok i also need to know if the skin is too slow because of the fading.. if you only see a white theme on startup then change the theme(that could only happen the first time the skin loads...then it will save changes) dont forget to tell me if something is too slow!!!! oh...no moving water yet

smoooth animations when switching themes!
Love it!!!  bubbles now take up up to %50 cpu when not playing a file and about 55% when playing a file.. much better, still could use some improvements though, but you're on the right way.. could you throw in an option to enable/disable songticker ticking? cos it's very annoying when it's not moving and the text gets cutoff, also there's no way to drag it manually either, something's blocking it.. I like the detail of the side drawers bubble more, but it's too dark imo.. the first one was better looking overall, maybe you could make it a bit lighter? not only clicking the gallery buttons too fast cause disturbances, clicking previous and then next again causes the same thing... overall, nice update!! and yes, it's worth the 3.8megs.. and it's caused by all the themes mostly.. -Plague |

grape is my fav so far, love it..
maybe you should make a greenish theme (not too gree, but like sea-grass or corals or something), it's the sea after all.. and maybe a sand-stone colored theme? hope you're going to pngcrush the images -Plague |

looks great! green fits better than I thought. I didn't mean any special style at all, but that one looks great, maybe you can make more styles with green/blue too? about the text fading...
