Support for .uni files

Hello. I would like winamp to support .uni mikmod module files.

This would require a MikMopd update in Nullsoft's module decoder. Nullsoft's module decoder is based on very old code, so a lot of additional code is needed to update to latest MikMod. But yeah, it should be updated someday.
