License Key Mp3 no work

Hi I open the file sc_trans_simple.conf

unlockkeyname=Here I not remember I setup in the shop any name
unlockkeycode=the key is in the shop
encoder=mp3
bitrate=128000
samplerate=44100

anyway I start the ./sc_trans sc_trans_simple.conf

And I get

unless unlockkeycode and unlockkeyname match then it will do that.

from your post, unlockkeyname is most likely the name for registration / billing.

which customer support? from the main shoutcast site or to the digital river processing (who are the ones actually taking payment and providing the key) ?

all i know from what other people have mentioned is that you basically are given the key from the registration process and that the name should be what you've used to signup / used for billing.

alas the best person to ask about such things is on holiday though if you can pm me (am on the dev team) whatever details you do have then i can see if someone else will be able to match up the details so you can use it.

I get the solution : Return the order become customer services not reply and change to icecast possible I am more lucky

i'm trying to help you as best as i can but i still don't know what customer services you've tried to contact (i.e. what email address, and if it was shoutcast itself or digital river, etc) so i don't know who to chase up about the issue.

without additional details from you (as asked in my previous post) there's nothing i can do to help you out so you can get using the transcoder and broadcasting.

At the end I solve . Sorry I not reply your email yesterday but is very late at night.
Anyway the username is the Real name you use for make the payment.
That is the username
Thanks for your help, But about customer services I use one the email I got with the link for the licence and the other the web support. The web support not have any idea what is about. But the email support never reply.
Anyway the problem is solve

i'd really like to know still what the email addresses were if possible please (if need be send them in a pm) as i've been able to check the main shoutcast.com feedback and never saw anything in there related to this issue.
